Stephane Chamberland is an accomplished drummer and educator (who has co-authored several incredible books with Dom Famularo). We had no choice but to get him into the Drumeo studio for a full lesson about working with note groupings and subdivisions, tips for stick control and ghost notes, building cool fills with rolls, and much more (including some ideas that might fuel your guilty pleasure fills). You don’t want to miss this one!

About Stephane:
Stephane Chamberland is an incredible drummer with an impressive resume, having studied at the Manhattan School of Music and the Conservatory of Music in Quebec City, and also under the guiding hands and feet of Dom Famularo, Jim Chapin, Robby Ameen, Jeff Salem, and Paul DeLong, just to name a few. As a musician, Stephane has played with an onslaught of artists including Colin Hunter, Jordane Labrie, The Christian Pare World Ensemble, Kabir Kouba Band, and Roxane de Lafontaine. As an instructor, he has taught all over the world through international festivals and camps, while being very active as a Skype and in-person instructor. All this expertise combined has led him to become an increasingly bigger voice in the world of publishing, co-authoring the books The Weaker Side, Drumset Duets, and Pedal Control, and as a contributing writer for Modern Drummer magazine, Canadian Musician and Percussive Notes.
