Before you get started on that epic four-hour practice session, it’s always a good idea to warm up your hands and feet. So I created three different warm-up videos. I guess you could say that they are “workout videos”, but I don’t consider myself a good workout instructor as I keep a healthy diet of potato chips and beer. 🙂
