Two SR20 cardioid condenser mics plus one DM6 condenser bass drum mic – everything you need to start capturing pro-level recordings right out of the box.
Yep – all three mics use condenser elements, so they need +48V phantom power to work. Good news: virtually any audio interface or mixer built in the last couple decades has a phantom power switch, whether it's per-channel or a single switch for the whole unit.
Not even close. Point them at anything you want to record. The SR20s are fantastic on acoustic guitar, percussion, vocals, strings – you name it. The DM6 loves bass, cello, low vocals, even electric guitar cabs. These mics are built to handle serious SPL, so crank up the band and let them do their thing.
Both! Earthworks mics are some of the most durable on the market, and they hold up just as well on stage as they do in a session. Their small size also means they'll stay out of the way and keep your stage setup looking clean.
Absolutely. The DK3 is designed to be a killer foundation for your recording setup, but if you want to go deeper, the DM20s are a great next step for close-mic'ing toms and snare. You're free to mix in any mics you like – Earthworks makes it easy to keep everything sounding consistent as you build out your collection.

Your refund will be processed once we receive the microphones back at our Shipping Department (heads up: return shipping is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable).
Every DK3 mic is backed by Earthworks' 2-year limited warranty on defects in material and workmanship – you can read the full warranty terms here. To activate it, register your mics with Earthworks within 30 days of purchase. If an issue comes up during the warranty period, contact Earthworks directly to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number – they'll take it from there.
They’ll arrive in the mail with your mic pack. Inside the box you'll find redemption cards for both bonuses.
