“Sweeping” for Drummers

Sweeping is a term that you often hear guitarists throw around, but many people don’t know that drummers can sweep too! Sweeping on the drums is simply playing a “diddle” (right-right or left-left) across two different surfaces. Adam Tuminaro (aka the Orlando Drummer) is here today to provide you with exercises to get comfortable with the motions, then ultimately apply them to actual grooves and fills.
