We&#8217;re grateful that his legacy will live on through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.drumeo.com\/beat\/neil-peart-genius\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">his incredible work with Rush<\/a>. So today &#8211; in the span of just 25 minutes &#8211; you&#8217;re going to hear the best parts of every single Rush song <em>ever<\/em>, in chronological order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s 175 songs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the first half of their career, the band released one album almost every year &#8211; and even put out two releases in 1975!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.drumeo.com\/beat\/101-drumming-styles-in-10-minutes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Brandon Toews<\/a> is a huge Neil Peart fan, so as a tribute to The Professor, he put together this drum medley over the course of 10 weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He recorded full takes in their entirety (nope&#8230;we didn&#8217;t just piece this together song by song) and used transcriptions available in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.drumeo.com\/songs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Drumeo Songs<\/a> to learn the parts.
