He developed a new piece of technology that allows drummers to change out their bass drum beaters in the same amount of time that it takes to change sticks. It\u2019s called &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.aheaddrumsticks.com\/switch-kick-landing.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Switch Kick<\/a>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>The Switch Kick was designed around the &#8220;F.A.S.T.&#8221; acronym:<br \/>\n<b>F<\/b>lip the beater 180 degrees.<br \/>\n<b>A<\/b>djust the height to 9 different levels.<br \/>\n<b>S<\/b>witch to over 10 different beaters.<br \/>\n<b>T<\/b>ool-less design.<\/p>\n<p>To change the beater, simply turn it 90 degrees, remove it, slide your new beater on, and turn it 90 degrees to lock it in. In this video you&#8217;ll see me switch between four beaters in realtime.
